Indeed, this is a bug that the loaded point sets influence the other loaded
images (probably due to assigning some geometry to the points).
It would be great if you would write a short bug report in Phabricator [1]
(you’ll need to register for that purpose).
Also, we’re always looking forward to contributions to MITK [2] ☺

Subject: [mitk-users] MITK shows different image number after loading .mps
(point set file) file
MITK shows different image number on a sequence of dcm images after loading
.mps file which is point set file that tells the location of lesion on image.
As far as i know .mps file only contains only location information not image
number or an image. Please see the issue.
