You have to use the right-click context menu of the node you want to save as an
image. In your case this would be right click on one of the nodes
(“IMG-0001-01630” or “IMG-0001-01630-labels”) and then choose “Save”. Using the
“Save Project” function will result in saving the whole project (in your case
saving all images), which is only supported in the *.mitk file format.

Welcome to MITK! You seem to have used the “Save Project” function that allows
storing all data currently available in the application (the current project).
To save individual data items (“nodes” in the Data Manager), you can use the
right-click context module within the data manager. For more details see the
slides of Tutorial 1: http://docs.mitk.org/Tutorials/Navigation.html#/1

image. But, when i save the file, the file format is .mitk. How can i
transfrorm it to general image format(like .jpg, .phg etc.)? Thank you!
