Thank you, Amir! Sorry for posting the wrong date for the bug. For some reason, the git log -- <file> command on DisplayConfigMITKRotation.xml and DisplayConfigMITKRotationUnCoupled.xml gives 5/22/2018 as a date the bug was introduced.
