Hi Jin, do you use the current public workbench release (http://www.mitk.org/download/releases/MITK-2018.04.2/Windows/) or do you build the workbench yourself?
First info (if it is just about the public workbench): All registration relevant plugins have also a help page that is shown if you press F1 in the workbench while the plugin has the focus. “Key” views for registration are the “MatchPoint Algorithm Control” and “MatchPoint Algorithm Browser”. You can also have a quick look on all registration views if you open the “View Navigator” and browse to the section “Registration”.
