Hi, I just checked the MitkMatchPointRegistration module and it hasn’t a direct nor transitive dependency to Eigen. I guess you modified MITK somehow? Even in other modules that depend on Eigen there’s just the legacy notation “Eigen”, not “Eigen3::Eigen”.

Dear MITKers: I was trying to build MITK (clone lastest) on Mac OS Catalina (10.15.2) using CMake 3.16.2. I have gotten hundreds of errors similar to the following: .... -- Configuring done CMake Error at CMake/mitkFunctionCreateModule.cmake:463 (add_library): Target "MitkMatchPointRegistration" links to target "Eigen3::Eigen" but the target was not found. Perhaps a find_package() call is missing for an IMPORTED target, or an ALIAS target is missing? Call Stack (most recent call first): Modules/MatchPointRegistration/CMakeLists.txt:1 (MITK_CREATE_MODULE) ..... Moreover, each error has appeared 7 times continuously. The default version of Eigen in MITK is 3.2.8. In order to get the newest version of Eigen(3.3.7), I have tried to two ways: 1. brew install eigen, then changed the "exteral eigen dir to installed/path; 2. modify the URL in the source file MITK/CMakeExternals/Eigen.cmake. However, I got the same errors. Thanks in advance Maxwell
