Hi,

MITK/VTK surfaces are just surface meshes without any filling. If you want your
closed surface mesh to act as an image mask for example, you can use the
“Segmentation Utilities View > Surface To Image”, select your reference image
and your surface mesh and click on “Convert”. This will create an image mask
including all voxels contained within your surface mesh.

Best,
Stefan

Subject: [mitk-users] .stl visualization in 2d render window

Hello All,

I am creating mitk::Cylinder using vtkCylinderSource, It is showing as hollow
in 2d render window. I want it to be filled/Solid cylinder. Is there any way to
do it?
