I've created a branch based off trunk (yay!) with just my xwax diffs and nothing else.
https://code.launchpad.net/~ywwg/mixxx/features_xwax Here is what it can do: * should only resync to vinyl position when the user lifts the needle (it still does resync after lots and lots of recueing) * basic smoothing of pitch while playing (average of previous 20 samples) * no smoothing of pitch while scratching * toggles the play button and sets the rate slider (but not when scratching or cueing) * if vinyl is playing, and the user disables vinyl control, track keeps playing at the same rate * midi toggleable vinyl control for each deck. With a small amount of work it'd be possible to have single deck vinyl control. Mostly I just have to disable the warning that you can't use one input to control both decks. I've only tested this with a consumer quartz-locked turntable, so testing with actual DJ turntables is wanted. owen ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval Try the new software tools for yourself.
