That looks looovely. I've always liked the look of the EKS XP
controllers but felt they didn't have enough controls. This looks
much better in that regard, and the colour-changing lights should
make it feasible to control two decks with only one jogwheel without
forgetting to switch... And my what a nice big jogwheel! It looks
like it might be nicer than Pioneer's... I'd love to get my hands on one. 

The only thing I'm not convinced about is the touch-sensitive ribbon
instead of a pitch slider. I can't see that working very well, unless
you change your way of working quite radically from the accepted norm. 
Well, I reserve judgement until I've tried it. But it seems to me that
this particular aspect may require some special handling in mixxx.

I don't think it needs drivers. Like most modern USB controllers it's
probably class-compliant so it should Just Work with Linux. The 
difference is that EKS officially support using their controllers 
on Linux, while the likes of M-Audio don't want to know...

Wonder if we can talk EKS into sending one so we can get it supported 
by mixxx in time for its release? :)
