Hi Bruno, It looks like PortAudio is not compiled as 64-bit. Did you install it from source or from MacPorts? I would recommend installing all of Mixxx's dependencies from source (except for Qt - download the Qt SDK instead) because I've always ended up with weird problems using MacPorts.
Try compiling PortAudio from source and see if that fixes your problem... I'm not certain if the force32 flag works on OS X. You might want to dig into our SConscript to double check that... :) Thanks!
