I am at work right now but it seems to be the exact version I installed.
I'll dig into it tonight, many post are related to "*/usr/bin/ld: note:
'blah_blah_blah' is defined in DSO*", I'll check the complete toolchain
with the PPA log you provided.
I'll try to re-install libFLAC ... again ... :)
