Hi,

Just posted new MIDI mappings for Pioneer CDJ-2000 decks, which implement 2
decks configured to MIDI channels 1 and 2. Tested on OS/X with no special
drivers installed.

Jogs and sliders seem to work fine, and most of the buttons are in use for
something. The buttons and knobs I did not configure are unconfigured just
because I couldn't think of any logical group/key to map to these controls.

These mappings are expected to work as well on CDJ-850 and CDJ-900, according
to public pdf documentation all share same MIDI controls except for a couple
insignificant buttons. I'll test on my CDJ-850's but someone else should
confirm CDJ-900 support.

I'll file a separate bug for CDJ-850 files with correct device names and IDs
after testing it.

None of these decks implements a MIDI OUT port, thus no led control is possible
at all. Leds and other stuff could be controlled by HID, and I requested HID
docs from Pioneer to start working on this. HID input can be decoded by reading
hidraw device in linux, but I have no idea what would be the output controls
without Pioneer docs (or, by some driver/device level debugging stuff while
traktor is sending these messages...)

BTW, to create these mappings and .js file stubs, I also wrote today a small
tool in python, which is available from https://github.com/hile/mixxxmap with
some poor docs in readme.txt and example input files in data directory.
Hopefully this helps others to write new mappings faster :)

Next, I'll start working on EKS Otus mappings. I kind of collect controllers...

        *hile*

P.S.: no, I don't have BOTH a pair of 850 and 2000 :) Just borrowed my friend's
2000's to implement the maps with outputs because I originally thought it has
MIDI led control.
