The only sane solution I can think of is to use libFLAC/libOGG. There
is a codec for Media Foundation but it's very unlikely that someone
will have it installed. You would have to detect it upon trying to
open the file. It might be best to attempt to load the libraries
dynamically on Mac OSX/Windows to avoid build time dependencies.
