We decided to use it specifically for the manual, website, etc.
repositories. The overhead of making a manual/website/etc. project on LP
just to track issues isn't worth the overhead. (we're treating the manual,
website, etc. as separate projects from the mixxx main repo so it doesn't
make sense to make bugs on the Mixxx LP project -- plus they just get lost
in the noise of the code bugs)
