I agree with sean and what I personnally understand by "leadership" are 2 things : - We don't have a decision process published - We don't have a release management cycle published (merge window, feature freeze milestone, string freeze milestone, release goals and decision, ...). Actually, I think no one can tell what work is needed to release 1.12
We should at least address this two things after 1.12 has landed before beginning to work on the next release. see my post to the list on 22/07/2015 19:27 All is not always about coding, we also sometimes need to take in account project management.
