Owen just posted RC2: http://mixxx.org/download/ He announced on social media but not the blog since there's nothing new to announce really (very few changes relative to RC1).
The final release is blocked on the website -- which Owen and I are working on. We're thinking of trying to release on Dec 23rd (so that if necessary it can slip to the 24th or 25th). So, shoot to have all of your controller updates and manual changes in by Dec 21st (so that we have time to tag the release, produce builds and then do final validation / dummy checks on all supported platforms).
