Bit-rate, correct :(
Seems like the bitrate video bitrate is to high for the given output
data rate.
Or maybe you have specified the corredt bitrate but the encoder has
"overshot" over the maximal alloed bitrate.
You can also try to encode with a lower video bitrate.
Which options do you use for encoding the mpeg ?
