Hi Folks
I plan to use mpegtools to make a commercial (closed source) application
on linux that processes images using mjpegtools
I have the foll questions
1) Do I have to pay licensing fees ( eg: to any company which developed mpeg
standards) for doing encoding / decoding of mpeg, divx, mp3
2) Can I use Mpegtools to develop my application (my application being
closed source)
3) Can I use system ("lav2yuv ... etc..") in my code. Here I wont be
linkng my program to any code of mpgegtools.
I will be obliged if someone can address my questions.
