Which Linux distribution do you use ? And which kernel. (Maybe a
Mandrake ?)
There are known problems with mandrake. Just search on the mjpeg pages
the mjpeg-users mailinglist for statfs.

If you want to try compile a kernel yourselfe, and I guess it should
work too.
