I was wondering if I could ask for advice on high quality DV capture. I am using: - 1.6G Athlon system - standard RH9.0 - latest dvgrab code - IEEE 1394 card (TSB12LV26 using TI chipset with ohci1394 driver) - SCSI (IBM DDYS-T18350N drive, AIC-7892A U160/m card)
Even with my SCSI HDD I am seeing noticeable frame drops in the captured AVI. What is the best way to go about finding the problem ?
