Definately not to vanilla 2.4.22. :-o. This is definately API breakage, Marcello would never accept this into his tree. Anyway, I'll keep this in the back of my mind. I will *not* upload this patch into our CVS, because it doesn't apply to the vanilla kernel (same as for the small change required for RedHat's kernels), but I'll keep it on my harddisk for other people experiencing this problem.
