Do you have something installed like kernel headers ?

But sadly that doesn't matter much because mandrake uses their own
version of the kernel. Which are incompatible with the orginal kernel
source. So just take a look at the mjpeg-users mailinglist archive and
search for mandrake. that should provide help.

The save way ist ut use a unmodifed kernel you get from www.kernel.org
and compile and install that kernel. 
And checkout the CVS version of the zoran driver:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/mjpeg co
\
-r ZORAN_VIDEODEV_2 driver-zoran/

BTW: A nearly up to date zoran driver is included in the 2.6.x kernel.
