I am not sure I understand. If you want to concatenate the sound track in several files, yes lav2wav can take several files as input -- for example, lav2wav file1.avi file2.avi file3.avi | mp2enc ... Or as one or more editlists lav2wav movie1.eli movie2.eli | mp2enc ..
