Something must have gone wrong with the mp2. There were two eli files in there, and it looks as though it picked up the first but not the second. Some of the other chapters have two or more eli files, and are OK - it's just this one. I'll re-do the mp2 (I only checked the beginning of it - never thought about it being problematic later), re-do the mpg and re-burn the disk.
