Where'd you get the 4:2:0 from? y4mscaler? If so then the conversion
from 4:1:1 was done correctly (if not then drop Matt a line ;)).
Shouldn't be any need to flip any lines around.
Hmmm, I seem to remember your mentioning that yuvkineco not dealing
with bottom field first streams - is that what's behind the need/desire
to flip 4:1:1 lines around?

That's what I'm saying ;) 4:1:1 isn't vertically subsampled and so
you should be able to (when yuvkineco handles 4:1:1) get a stream
with the pulldown reversed and be on your way.
