I'm surprised it is working at all - the API has changed from
mjpegtools 1.6.2 to the cvs version...

Try doing a cvs update and rebuilding mjpegtools - that problem was
fixed recently (over the weekend).

As far as I know you can't use transcode with the cvs version of
mjpegtools until someone updates transcode. I'm surprised you were
able to build transcode against "1.7.0" (cvs) at all. It's no
surprise that it doesn't work though ;(
