The datarate is too high. The windows driver does something to make
datarate higher, or decrease quality, or something, I don't know. We
don't, and therefore you see the raw effect. For some people, it's
helped to switch the card to another PCI slot (e.g. if it's in the one
right below your AGP video card, but it one lower, or else put it at
higest). You'll have to play a bit.
