Have you tried differnet combinations of enable/disable XXX extentions you can disable when you start xawtv ?Like -nodga -noxv -nogl > I have just changed my Linux System and at this time i am not that > familiar with the xorg-config stuff, and the "couldn´t find framebuffer > base address" confuses me a bit, as i CAN record movies doing "lavrec > -f q -g 768x576 -d 2 -q 50 -s -c 2 -a 16 test.mov".
