Are you referring to the one about "mjpegtools-config" missing?
That's not a bug. mjpegtools is pkg-config based only now, the
old "-config" script was deleted ages ago (even before the RC1).
The user should "rm $prefix/bin/mjpegtools-config" :)
Yet another reason to get the release out - so other packages get
updated to use 'pkg-config' instead 'mjpegtools-config'.
