Does anyone have a jpeg2yuv.exe that I can use to test something than try to
compile and build from source.
I have already spent two days in trying to understand mingw and have been
unsuccesful. I need the jpeg2yuv.exe badly. The purpose is to get mpeg video
directly from jpeg images. Is there any other way or exe available apart
from jpeg2yuv.exe to do the same?
