What source material did you use (lavinfo output). And which commands
did you use for encoding ?

Do you see normal interlacing (comb effect when moving) on the computer
screen ?

Most of the time you should only need yuvcorrect with Bott/top _forward
when encoding. I had the problem that I need once top_forward, and
line_switch. Than the video looked good on the PC and TV.

Could you put a short sample (10-30 frames somewhere ?)
