Real Player can't handle MPEG (-1 or -2)? Wasn't sure if it could
or not but I'm not too surprised since it's for Real's format(s).
All in all it sounds like what you want is a still image presentation
tool (as was suggested by another respondent) rather than a movie
player or motion picture format.
Almost sounds like a "Powerpoint" presentation would be better than
motion png or other motionpicture format.
