Could be. I just click "Add New Track" and drag the .m2v/.ac3 files
over to the "Track"s as appropriate. Trivally easy and non technical -
no xml required ;)

Click "Add Menu"?
I do all my DVD authoring with DVD Studio Pro 4 :)
