Still talking radars, ok. Heres what confuses me. I have heard
cops have radar detector detectors- i mean, they can detect

Anti-radar is not emmiting anything, its a receiver! Like radio or satellite,
so, its possible to detect that I have radio playing in my car too?
But some anti-radars have this "stealth mode" wich looks to me like
marketing bullsh!t. More like "whos got more cute features
to write on package!"

Sure. The radar detector detectors work by detecting emissions from the local oscillator (LO) in your radar detector. The LO signal is mixed with the incoming signal to downconvert it to a lower frequency before sending it to the detection circuit. Good radar detectors (like the Valentine One) have shielding and filtering which are good enough to prevent the cops from detecting your LO.
