Well, all of the idle/drivability problems seem to have been solved. It was a combination of many things: My air/fuel ratio guage (Autometer) was hooked up to the stock O2 sensor (would have been better with it's own sensor) taking too much signal, so the computer wasn't getting enough signal,loose head studs (ARP's),leaky hose that connects to the heat exchanger/factory oil cooler(that's where my coolant was going), and also the mixture was off. So now it idles smoother and the gas mileage is back up to normal. Still has a little bit of cold-start surging, but not much. Also it doesn't hunt for an idle like it did before, when you push in the clutch and coast.
