That is the main pressure pump $$$.  The transfer pump sits in the trunk
area under the round plastic cover.

You may be lucky.  Sometimes all you have to do is replace the copper
gaskets at the fittings.  The copper work hardens and doesn't seal after
some time.  I had to replace mine.

Before you try to remove the fitting, start the car, then disconnect the
electrical connector to the fuel pump.  This will shut the car off nearly
immediately, and relieve the pressure in the line (about 80psi).  I pulled
this plug at the airport once when I left my GLi in long term parking.  You
can accomplish the same thing by pulling the fuse or fuel pump relay from
the fuse box.
