Folks, I have another question. My car seems to get really loud between 3K & 4K rpm, sort like a booming sound. The previous owner removed the pre-muffler, and had a piece of pipe welded in place of it, and the rear muffler looks like it's some piece of after-market crap. The car is pretty quiet below 3K though. Should I start looking for an exhaust system? TIA.
