I had a pacesetter header on my civic.  It was of low quality, and didn't
initially include the gaskets and bolts.  I had to bring it to the machine
shop to have the flange machined flat before it would stop leaking.
Pacesetter was quick to send gaskets and bolts when requested though.  Once
it was installed it worked great.  Noticeable improvement in low and top
end.
