over thanksgiving break, my g/f and i decided to take a day trip to the adirondacks to go snowboarding. driving up the NY state thruway, we hit real bad ice. (at one point, traffic was moving at 3mph, and i had to drive in second gear cause first would spin the tires and send my car sideways.) every half a mile, some car would be in the guard rail, in the trees, flipped over, or wrapped up with another car.
