1. I run whatever pads and rotors the PO put on the car. 2. I am well aware of what an Escort can do. I strongly desire to own a Cosworth or an RS Turbo. However, my friend's '89 LX just doesn't do it for me. It has a GT interior, though...thanks to me. ;-) But yeah, a 1.9L that only puts out 75hp? give me a frickin break. Give me a 1.9L VW motor anyday. Wait, firget that. Give me a 1.6L Mk1 Scirocco 4-speed, and I'll blow an SOHC Escort's doors off. Put a Heron head on that 1.6L, and I'll blow a GT's doors off.
