Rear main seal, tranny input shaft seal, throw out bearing (you said that),
and make sure the clutch kit you get has a new actuator rod, cup, and
o-ring, and get new pressure plate to crank and pressure plate to flywheel
bolts.  Also, if your gearbox is exhibiting any bearing noises, balky
synchros, or if you've been contemplating a R&P ratio change, now's the time
to deal with it.
I know some people are going to tell you that all that isn't necessary, but
it's CHEAP insurance - once you get the gearbox out and back in, you won't
want to do it again anytime soon...
