Buying before or after the gas out would still result in the same ammount being bought and consumed... All I can see by not buying gas on those 3 days would result at least here in Oregon a 3 day vacation for gas attendents.. If there gonna be a gas out a better Idea would be using *gulp* Public transportation or car pooling.
