That was/is a demo car for a body shop, but they were trying to sell it.
The shop did all the work obviously, to accomodate the mk4 headlights, etc.
 The area where the bumpers are missing is 100% sheet metal, except for the
little lip grilles (spoke to the guy at waterfest about it).
