How much is this car worth?
91 Jetta GLi
2.0L 16V (obviously)
86k on the clock.
the car's basically bone stock, except a K&N that I put in a couple weeks ago. mechanically it's quite good, althoguh it's almost time to replace the rear struts. I just put in a new motor mount, a new timing belt, new plugs, etc. The car runs great. Clutch and tranny are both in good condition, although it could use a set of shifter bushings.
were stolen. Body's excellent, paint's good, it's got one dent on the front driver's side, not terribly noticable. Interior's great, recaros are in near perfect condition (one tiny cigarette burn on the front drivers side seat), but the radio has been stolen and the dash is torn up. I have a new dash ready to go in that i plan to include with the car. Oh, and it needs a new trunk gasket.
It has air, which needs charging.
It's running on steel wheels - the BBS's
so what would you say it's worth? i was thinking 3,000-3,500.
I'm located in CT, by the way. If anyone wants it, no reasonable offer refused.
