90 ? and up cars have the larger-diameter press-fit steering wheel hubs. They dont' seem designed to be removed, but if you can get it off, let me know, I have a friend with an early jetta that wants to fit the wheel from a later car. There's not much edge on it to get a puller engaged with, though heat might help loosen it too.
