That's right. The vacuum sensor itself is a puck-shaped thingy on the back of 
the cluster (close to the center, IIRC). There's a nipple sticking out for 
the vaccum line. It might be broken off though -- that thing is very fragile 
--- which would explain the loose vacuum line.
