Hi all,

My oil temp is bouncing around on the MFA.  I know when it hits the highest
reading, it is correct based on past experience, but it will suddenly drop
like 40 degrees.

Is it a bad ground or loose connection?  If so, where is it and where does
it hook up on the engine?

Or worse, is the board in the dash bad?

PS- I still LOVE my car!  Drove about 600 miles yesterday and with the AC on
full blast and about 105 outside and driving around 90 MPH I still got 29
mpg (not by the MFA) and the coolant just passed the center and the oil temp
got to 232 once or twice.

This was in heavy traffic going UP hill into the mountains.  Not bad for
almost 180K on the clock.
