Mike,
Thanks for the info on the Forever Black. I will definitely be picking
some up soon. This will be perfect b/c I'll have a fresh coat of wax on her
after this weekend :-).

I ordered mine from thses guys on the web
http://www.classic-accessories.com/fb-1k.html
they sell a kit which has a cleaner which is supposed to remove silicone ie
armorall etc before you apply the stuff. it is 12.79 and you get 4oz of dye
or you can just get the dye only for the same price but you get 8oz of the
stuff. I bought the kit and there was enough to do all the moldings bumpers
doorhandels etc on my GTI 2 coats with some left over.
I have seen the stuff in stores also but it cost more and is kinda hard to
find.
you really need to do at least 2 coats or you will get a lot of unevenness.
in some places I did 3 coats and it looks really good seems to hold up fine
to washings too. even if it only lasts a year it was well worth it. and it
is not "wet" so it does not attract dust.
