95C-105C sounds normal.
You can verify the temps by checking your oil temps on the MFA. Its always
been pretty accurate for me.
Before I did a coolant flush on my 91 Jetta temps got crazy. I would see my
coolant gauge hit 3/4 or 7/8 and oil temps of 126C.
Then I flushed it and filled it up with VW coolant and Distilled water. My
temps are always lower than 1/2 (not by much) and my oil temps havent
exceeded 116C (normal oil temps are 104C-110C). If you want to run cooler
get Redline Wetter Water is suppose to drop temps 10C.
My advice is to find a sure-fire way to measure temps and let me know
because I'd like to do the same.

Mark Reda.
