I also used the 4130 website and it worked for me.  I'd recomend you get
your hands on a jewlers screwdriver set if your going to try the fix.
Its not a hard fix but it can get tricky, I messed up and had to take out
the axle that holds all the number wheels, putting them back in was bitch
because all the gears have to be aligned correctly otherwise the numbers
won't spin.
Don't get me wrong, pay close attention to the way things are before you
take them apart and follow the instructions.

If you want to change the color of the bulbs now is the time to do it.
