91 Jetta GLI 2.0L 16v Here is my problem: Initially after starting and driving the car it feels like it has a loss of power, like its starving a little bit, but not to bad (Guage reads 12-13 volts) After about 5 min of driving and the car at about 180*, the starving becomes worse and worsens to the point that it has no power and the guage reading 10 volts. Is the altenator not producing enough power to run the fuel pump when it warms up, or is the fuel pump going out and sucking too many amps thus pulling the volts done.
I don't want to start changing parts out without some direction. any help appreciated. If it doesn't make sense or you need more info, let me know.
